Mantras for Daily Trust

Being able to maintain an inner state of trust as we move through the process of our lives can offer huge befits to our wellbeing and quality of life. With practice and courage, you can use trust as a soothing balm to ease your frantic mind and weary heart. Try incorporating this tool after your daily meditation for a week and see how it might improve your trust.

  • As you exit your mediation session, try to stay in the quiet space you have created for yourself.

  • With your eyes still closed, offer the Universe the following words:

    • “ I trust the Universe.”

    • “I trust my life.”

    • “I trust the events in my life.”

    • “I trust that my greater good is always unfolding.”

    • “I trust that I am loved. I am cared for. I am safe.”

    • “God, my Source, the Divine Universe, the giver of all things, I trust you.”

  • Sense the shift in your awareness. Feel goodness and wellbeing flowing into you. Stay with this energy for as long as it feels right.

  • When you are ready, open your eyes and go about the day. Whenever doubt starts to arise, return to these mantras.
